Well i would like to report a glitch that is very annoyng because i am trying to build a redstone smart water elevator

When i am trying to take water which is affected by the soil sand with a dispenser. The water is taken by the dispenser but the air bubble still stays there which is a big problem for my smart water elevator 

Please fix it
