Same as MC-189617.
Since the block is invisible, the camera should treat it as such.
Also inconsistent with the behaviour of other invisible blocks.
Steps to reproduce:
- Place the barrier.
- Change the view to a third person view.
- Try to walk the camera through the barrier.
Observed results:
The barrier blocks the camera from a third person.
Expected results:
The camera will not be blocked by barriers.
