The bug
The text cursor will blink as it moves, such as when typing text or using the left/right arrow keys to move the cursor through text. This makes it hard to see where exactly the cursor is because it will disappear as it moves. Making the cursor always visible when moving is an important accessibility feature.
Steps to reproduce
- Open chat
- Enter some text to move the cursor
- Hold left/right on the arrow keys to move the cursor
→ Cursor continues to blink
