When I am offline, i can't join offline (wifi hotspot) multiplayer . But if sign out from microsoft account ,we can join easily offline multiplayer.This is very terrifying bug. I don't want to sign in or sign out from account. Also, if a friend without microsoft account can join the other friend who have sign in. But who have sign in , can't join the others who don't sign in.

*This steps only work on iOS or Android devices or any device which has Wifi hotspot.*

*Terms used in this issue*

1.First phone here is the phone in which you want to invite your friend

2.Second phone in which your friend join the world (but he/she can't join as issue describes, if he/she has sign in second device). 

Steps to reproduce -:

Take two devices with wifi hotspot . Second device must be sign in whole process.

1) In first phone in which you like to play, on wifi and connect to second phone hotspot the device in which you want to join .
2) Then,open your world in the first phone in 1st step which has Wifi on
Then,in first phone change wifi to hotspot (in which world you want your friend to join) and in second phone change Hotspot to wifi. (Remember your first phone is on and its running world)
3) Then go to second phone open friends section and join world.
Observed results -:
When you sign in your account, you can't join your friend's world with wifi and wifi hotspot . If you don't sign in ,You can join you friend's world.
Expected results
Event if you sign in , you should join your friend's world offline.
