Before 1.13.0 the player's right hand was exactly like Java Edition but after 1.13.0 the player's hand appears smaller in the first-person mode.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Load Minecraft Bedrock

2. Enter any world

3. Go to an empty slot in your hotbar.

Observed Results:

Your right hand is slightly shorter than Java Edition.

Expected Results:

Your right hand is the same size as Java Edition.
