When you trying to enter or exit the powder snow on the edge side, there is seemingly a barrier preventing the player from entering or exiting the powder snow.

Step to Reproduce
1. Place down some powder snow
2. Enter it on the edge of the block
---> You can't, even though you can enter the powder snow if it's not on the edge of the block.
