Summary
The piglins are attracted to gold, but block of raw gold aren't considered a gold item by the piglins, at least in the latest beta. This can be considered a parity issue, since the said issue on Java is fixed. (MC-223141)

Step to Reproduce
1. Go to the Nether
2. Spawn a couple of piglins
3. Drop some block of raw gold
---> They don't care, they don't even pick it up.
