Summary:
When bone meal is used underwater, the particles only appear above the block that the bone meal was used on.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Create a large pool of water or locate an ocean
- Use bone meal in the pool or ocean
Observed Results:
The particles only appear above the block that the bone meal was used on.
Expected Results:
A large field of particles should appear, like when bone meal is used on land.
