Crash when placing item frames

      when you place an item frame on a flat world it crashes and when you open the world again it makes a big black holes and lots of weird things and the place where you putted the item frame it just glitches out and lags as well.

      please fix this because 98% of my world are all flat.

      PLEASE FIX THIS NOW!!!
