Hello,

I know that this issue have been treat a lot of time, but after something like 15 hours, we can't fix the issue of the Microsoft account, with the classic error message

" Oops, looks like this account is already connected, "

"Please sign in with your previously connected microsft account " 

Not like other person with the same issue, we didn't have the nickname of the account at the end of the message. We have tried to uninstall and install the game, delete the data , create new account on microsoft, try every mail which have the possibility to be link to this, and we wan't unlink the microsoft account because we can't even connect to him.

Thank for reading, I hope someone have a solution, because we don't see anything a part buying the game a second time on another user session on PS4...
