I bought Minecraft windows 10 edition exclusively to play with my little brother who has autism because we live a long way away and it is the way he calms down without my physical presence, I play on the computer and he on the ps4.

In 4 months that I have this game I only managed to connect 3 times to play with my little brother. The same error always appears: "IT WAS NOT POSSIBLE TO CONNECT TO THE WORLD" it is frustrating to pay full price for a game over 10 years ago and not being able to enjoy it. This error occurs and it is not today that it happens, not only with me but with thousands of people and regardless of the update that this problem arrives, it is never solved. Shameful the way the company deals with its product and how it neglects its customers. I have tried everything and after this report, if there is no response within 5 working days, I will take legal action.
