      my mouse sensitivity is being soo bad after 1.16.40
      my pc is.
      Ram: 12g
      Cpu: AMD A8 PRO-7600B R7, 10 Compute Cores 4C+6G 3.10 GHz.
      Gpu : AMD Radeon(TM) R7 Graphics
      Screen: 1680x1050
      it happen when fullscreen mode on
