Description:

If you place a conduit rotated and reload the world the conduit rotation changes.

Steps to reproduce:

Place a conduit at an angle (mine was out of water) and close then reopen the world.

What should happen:

Conduit is the same as when you placed it.

What happens:

The conduit has changed rotation.
