Stronghold below seed. I was coming back up from being in a cave, just mining. I came back up and doors were missing in the village I was in and then all of my villagers were gone.

In a previous version which was before the hotfix, it was another update, when I was in a mine cart, I would look behind and the world would flicker. Also if I was mining anything, it would glitch and have to bust the block a couple times because it would magically appear.

Also, in this version, I would have "captured villagers" for my villager trading farms just vanish. Mainly the cleric. 

I am afraid if I was to put a lot of work into minecraft like before, the glitches would remove my items like it did before.
