Glow lichen use the wrong color on maps

      Summary
      The glow lichen on the map uses the wrong color on Bedrock Edition, compared to Java Edition. This was fixed on Java Edition (MC-212863), so this bug is considered a parity issue.

      Step to Reproduce
      1. Place down a lot of glow lichen by using setblock command
      2. Use a map
      3. Repeat on Java Edition.
      4. Compare.
      ---> Both are different.
