Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place a sign and write anything on it;
2. Ctrl + Pickblock it;
3. Place the newly obtained sign on the ground.

Observed Results:
Although the item contains a "+DATA" label, it doesn't actually retain any data from the copied item. This also occurs with command blocks, chests, etc.

Expected Results:
The item is cloned perfectly and retains all the data input.
