      Step to Reproduce
      1. Spawn a wither skeleton
      2. Do this command
      /replaceitem entity @e[type=minecraft:wither_skeleton] slot.weapon.mainhand 0 spyglass
      3. Pay attention to the hand.
      ---> The spyglass z-fights with the wither skeletons' hand.
