Summary
The bonus chest will generate underground inside caves, instead on the surface.

Step to Reproduce
1. Create a new world, and enable Caves & Cliffs experiments toggle.
2. Enable Bonus Chest option.
3. Create the world.
---> The bonus chest doesn't appear on the surface.

The starting chest can spawn underground in caves
