Axolotls disappere in a 1 block deep water .I tried to summon an axolotl in a dessert biome using a bucket of axolotl in creative mode . Their bodies can never be seen in the water . The biome beside the Dessert is a Birch Forest and the water is darker in that area , so the water that I pour is like a swamp water . I tried to summon the axolotl to the river I see next to the dessert . The water is still looks like a swamp water . The river is deep . I summoned the axolotl in the deepest part of it and I fly up and look below I can still see the Axolotl But In the 1 block deep water there is no trace of the axolotl except when they are in the flowing water , half of their body is exposed but the other half is nowhere to be seen . Also I don't know if this is a bug but the texture of birch leaves is a little bit ugly and every leaves of a tree at any kind doesn't have its transparent parts . This is still a beta so I know you'll fix it soon . I hope this long boring message will help you 😅 . The video and pictures below are the evidence . The trees and vines are all naturally generated . I don't know why a vine is in that sand . I will also put my seed below .
