The bug
When moving your camera while using a spyglass in third person, it still slows down your camera. This makes it feel ridiculously slow since your view isn't zoomed in. And the point of slowing down the camera is to make the zoomed-in movements feel more like the same speed of zoomed-out movements. Anyway this doesn't happen in Java too.
How to reproduce
1. Use a spyglass
2. Go into third person
3. Try moving the camera
→ It's absurdly slow
