My chat settings have no problem, this is a problem that all players experience, this is a bit strange, I was playing in a world where when I talked to someone, he did not move for a few moments and then walked, I always felt That he is writing but I can not see, until this happened and I was sure, I created another account and joined my Realm when I said hello to my second account, everyone answered but while I could not see the message of my second account ! When I rejoined it was fixed and I could see the account, but now I could not see the message of another player, this problem exists in both Servers and Realms, when I asked a player, did you write something in the chat? He replied on the xbox app, can you not see my messages? I was surprised while there was nothing in Game chat, even when it happens / w does not work, but once when I was in the game and a player kept texting me and I did not know, about 30 minutes later all messages That player was shown to me in a row, I will add more photos that show this

In pictures a player joined a player joined and a other player said hi to him, in next picture you can see about 20 or 30 minutes or less, after that I see that player message he told that player hi and he asked me for items but I didn't see it, I hope is help, and please fix this problem
