Dirt paths don't generate on villages except village structures that have dirth paths.

Instructions:

1. Enter the seed 1405623761.
2. Turn on 'Custom Biomes' and 'Caves & Cliffs' in Experimental Gameplays.
3. /tp 176 77 66 or /tp 128 77 -224
4. You will see no dirth paths on the village.

Expected Results: 
Dirt paths should generate on villages.

Observed Results: 
Dirth paths don't.
