Myself and players on my server are taking fall damage from multiple things.

1. Sprinting down stairs will cause fall damage.
2. Sprinting and jumping repeatedly will cause fall damage.
3. Climbing down a scaffolding tower will cause fall damage when you stop.

Several players have died due to this error, it's random and doesn't always occur. This is happening on multiple platforms and devices being used on the server.
