I'd like to preface this by acknowledging that Mojang's policy regarding issues with Marketplace content is to refer players to the content developers. I feel that this situation warrants some exception.

Issue regarding One Block Skyblock by Nitric Concepts. 

In short, this map is broken. Players have reported being unable to use one of the key features of the game (aviator/gnomes), as well as a myriad of other issues since the map was launched in the Marketplace. This was more than three months ago. The developing team, Tinkrew (not Nitric Concepts) acknowledged the issue at this time. Shortly thereafter Tinkrew claimed to have an update that was waiting to be approved. The latest public update from Tinkrew was at least 1 month ago, stating that the patch had been submitted to the marketplace and would be available soon. Currently, if the developers are contacted they will say that they are working on it. This map was broken from launch and is unplayable. Why it was allowed onto the Marketplace in this state in the first place is beyond me, and reflects badly on Mojang. The developers have repeatedly stated that the content would soon be fixed, but it has been over three months with nothing to show for it. At the very least, this map should have a disclaimer on its Marketplace page to inform potential buyers of the issue. I believe that Mojang needs to have a serious discussion with the content developers about this issue, and if it cannot be resolved then the content should be removed from the Marketplace. Frankly, it's disgusting that the developers should continue to profit off of broken content for so long. 

I hope that you can understand why I feel the need to contact you directly, and can investigate this further to find a resolution. Also, I apologize if this is the wrong place to submit this type of request. I had issues trying to figure out where this should be reported and felt that this forum was the best option. If you need to, I would appreciate this issue being forwarded to whatever group might best deal with it, or you can provide me with contact information for them.
