After the recent change to texture allocation, toggling full screen while Ray Tracing is activated causes all PBR textures to load incorrectly, leading to a buggy mess of blocks all having the same reflective material, as well as the skybox failing to load. This can only be reversed by turning Ray Tracing off and back on again, or reloading the world.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Open any world with Ray Tracing on
      2. Toggle full screen either through settings or through the F11 hotkey

      Observed Results:

All blocks start using a uniform reflective material, and the skybox fails to load, leading to a black sky and a mess of buggy visuals.

      Expected Results:

Toggling full screen should function in the same way it did previously; retaining the exact same PBR textures and keeping full functionality.
