Expected Behavior: Text on signs should be white when using appropriate formatting codes and/or applying white dye. 

Actual Behavior: The sign text is gray, not white. This only happens to new signs placed since upgrading to 1.16.220 and happens whether using formatting codes or colored dye. Same problem with other colors (they appear darker on the sign than they are supposed to). Signs placed prior to the upgrade display correctly.
