there some issue with the improvement underwater visibility we cannot see seagrass and kelp from distance as if it was empty without plants

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open new world
2.go underwater

Observed Results:
I cannot see sea grass and kelp fom far away

Expected Results:
It is assumed that you can clearly see the sea plants from far away and it does not appear to be empty
