Recently I bought the Adventure Time Mash-up for Nintendo Switch in Nintendo eShop, but when I try to load it, it asks me to download the full game from the store, even though I have the full game installed from a cartridge (version 1.16.220).

I notified it to Nintendo Contact Center Europe, but finally they said that it's an internal error of the game, and that a had to contact you so that you can advise me on what the error may be in my case.

Please, can you help me how to solve the problem?
