Currently, in Java edition, you're able to place blocks (e.g. lanterns) on the underside of campfires and have them hang down. In Bedrock, however, placing blocks on the underside of campfires that hang down is not possible.

I am using Windows 10, but I believe this affects all versions of Bedrock as I tested it out on my Android phone as well and got the same result.

Attached is an image of a lantern hanging from a campfire in Java, and a video of me attempting to replicate it in Bedrock (yes, I did take the photo in Java so I can confirm that this is real.)
