0.13.1 I still can't shift click lapis lazuli into the enchantment table gui, I either have to drag it in, or click and hold it while the transfer bar fills (like on android).

What I expected to happen:
When holding shift, left clicking an item (or stack) should transfer it to its relevant slot in the gui. (eg coal into furnace, lapis into enchant table etc)
