Hopper minecart doesn't show the hopper when placed

      When I place a hopper minecart on a rail the hopper inside doesn't show.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Place a rail
      2. Place a hopper minecart on the rail

      Observed Results:
      The hopper inside the minecart is invisible.

      Expected Results:
      The hopper should be visible.
