The latest beta added the new deepslate gold ore, however, unlike on Java, it isn't considered a gold item by piglins. That means if you mine it, they aren't angry at you, and when you give them, they won't pick it up.

Step to Reproduce
1. Go to the Nether
2. Spawn some piglins
3. Wear a gold armor
4. Place down deepslate gold ore.
5. Switch to survival and mine the ore.
---> They aren't angry at you.
6. Throw the deepslate gold ore at the piglins to pick them up.
---> They don't.
