Axolotls cannot be bred directly with tropical fish items (not the bucket ones)

      You can't breed the axolotl using tropical fish items on Bedrock. You can only breed them using a bucket of tropical fish. This isn't in parity with Java, where you can breed them with tropical fish items, alongside Bucket of Tropical Fish.

      Step to Reproduce
      1. Spawn a couple of axolotls
      2. Breed them with tropical fish items
      ---> You can't.
