When blaze, magma cube, and strider are inside the powder snow, it takes a long time to die from freezing inside powder snow. This isn't in parity with Java Edition, where those mobs take extra damage and die faster.

Step to Reproduce
1. Place down some powder snow blocks
2. Make a barrier around the powder snow.
3. Spawn a blaze, magma cube, or a strider
4. Wait until they freeze and die
---> It takes a far longer time to die on Bedrock than Java because they don't extra damage.
