Just bought the game via microsoft store at full price for all the bells and whistles.

The marketplace is disabled due to an error in the account.  On many items I see account error 3.  I've looked, and there doesn't seem to be an answer.

Further, I'm not able to access any dlc, which is the point of the ultimate edition.
