This bug will not allow for hopper minecart or chest minecart unloaders and is a really big deal for the redstone community.

      Minecart unloaders are Brocken because of this bug.

      This bug is not allowing me to make a minecart unloader because the rain that is sloped does not stay that way if a minecart runs over it. This will only happen if there is not track connecting the slope.
