Goat horn (pillager tuba or whatever you call it) has wrong animation when using it

      I went on a mountain on top of the village to play the goat horn just for fun. but when I blew in I saw that the horn has no animation in the first person but in 3d person, it had the eating animation. I have also provided a video for more things on the bug report (anyone who has the same issue please add more photos and videos.
