This is a bug that does not harm the game in anyway but it still something to recreate this bug get a flat world(other world might work not tried on them yet) and first mess with spawn so chunks dont load that fast that u can see them but u can enter those chunks next take elytra and fireworks boosts (in creative mode so u have infinite of them) fly in one direction to near 600 blocks in x or z coordinate then turn back and go up then head to spawn as fast as possible by spamming rockets and going down at 30⁰ angle (sort of) and once u cross the 0 mark turn back u should see a clump of rockets if u dont then do it again but with a different angle once u get the clump of rockets then you can /kill them and see they are actual entity stuck there it is not game breaking but it is weird and needs to be solved i only have two screenshots
