Steps to Reproduce:
1.place barrier.
2.keep barrier in hand (or otherwise you can't see it).
3.stare at it for a few seconds, and the texture starts flashing. if this doesn't make sense, please see attached video

Observed Results:
flickers between barrier texture and object behind barrier.

Expected Results:
stays a non transparent texture, hiding what is under the red lines.
