      This bug report is a parity issue with Java.

      Summary:

      Rain can go through moss blocks.

      This is fixed in java version MC-214901.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Place blocks of moss in the air.
      2. Wait for the rain.

      Observed results:

      The rain goes through the moss blocks.

      Expected results:

      The rain will not pass through the moss blocks.
