A glitched item is in the creative inventory with no texture except for a brown splotch in the top left corner of the inventory icon. The item has no name, and no texture outside of the inventory. The item has two known states outside of the inventory: invisible and visible. When the item is invisible, it has no texture in the hand or when dropped on the ground, and the item can not be placed into item frames. When the item is visible, the texture is a square of seemingly random pixels and can be placed in item frames. The item can be found in the bottom of the "items" section of the creative inventory.
