This bug report is a parity issue with Java.

      Summary:
In the Java version, the nether sprouts have a hitbox that is always centered. And also in the Java version the hitbox is much smaller.
Java: 3 pixels high and 12 pixels on the sides (2 pixels off the edge).
Bedrock: 5 pixels high and 11 pixels on the sides.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Place nether sprouts.
      2. Take a look at the dimensions of the hitbox.

      Observed results:
The hitbox is not always in the center, and also has dimensions that do not correspond to the Java version.

      Expected results:
The hitbox of the blocks must be the same.
