The bug

When you try to use a spawn egg in an area that would be too small for the resulting mob, the mob is placed at your position instead. Previously, the game would try to push it somewhere nearby.

How to reproduce

1. Place a hopper
2. Aim right here, standing as far away as possible
   
3. Use a turtle spawn egg

Expected result
The turtle is spawned where you placed it

Actual result
Look down, the turtle spawned just below you
