I have problems with my account

      I bought minecraft for my playstation device recently (my first minecraft on playstation) and when I try to login to my account it says "your account is connected to another playstation device". Today, when I open the minecraft bedrock edition from my computer, it says "If your account is problematic and if it is not fixed, ask for help by clicking here" what should I do? ERROR CODE -9
