No Export Structure Block function on Android

      This feature is missing, but the changelog includes:


      Step to reproduce:

      1. Using command with: 
        /give @p structure_block
      1. Place the structure block and open
      2. Click Mode in structure block

      Observed results:

      This Export function was missing on android but changelog was included.

      Expected results:

      Export function should be added on all android devices.
