      hi i have been trying for 9 months and cant log in to my microsoft acc it keeps saying opps faild to log in or this account your using is already asoiated with another account have i have been trying everything i made sevral new accounts and its still not working PLEASE HELP  as fast as possiable it on playsation4 and i dont know my system version.
