When we go through the nether portal it brings us to the nether but its the same coordinates that we were in the over world. Sometimes it brings us to the proper coordinates but rarely. It also has put us thousands of blocks in the wrong direction when we went back through the nether portal to bring us back to the over world. This last time we were messing with the portal my husband was stuck on the generating blocks screen and suffocated in a wall. We have no idea where that portal took him. We started at 1000, 62, 1600 and at one point we ended up at 4528000, 88, 6622800. The coordinates just kept duplicating.
