Grindstone does not reset enchanting cost with books on anvil

      I just disenchanted my Netherite chest plate and then tried to enchant it with a book of, fire protection IV, unbreaking III and Mending I and the anvil says Too Expensive and will not let me enchant it. I'm stuck with a plain netherite chest plate now.
