This bug report is a parity issue with Java.

Summary:

In the Java version, when bone meal is used (regardless of whether the blocks have been changed or not), green particles appear around the moss block. The thigh appears only above the block that uses bone meal.

Particles appear above the blocks only if there are others at the same height as the moss block (any blocks, even grass).

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place the moss block.
2. Place other blocks at the same height as the moss block.
3. Use bone meal on the moss block.

Observed results:

Green particles will appear above the nearby blocks next to the moss block.

Expected results:

The particles only appear above the moss block.
