This bug report is a parity issue with Java.
Summary:
Two parts of two-block plants do not appear simultaneously when placed.
This affects all two-block plants (Rose Bush, Lilac, Sunflower, Peony, Large Fern, Tall Grass). First the bottom part of the hitbox appears, then the top part of the hitbox appears with the bottom texture of the plant, and only then the full texture with two parts appears. The correct behavior will be like in Java - the full hitbox and texture appear simultaneously.
Steps to reproduce:
- Place two-block plants and watch their placement carefully.
- If you haven't noticed anything, repeat this several times.
Observed results:
For a second, two-block plants appear in only one block, and then in the second.
Expected results:
Two-block plants appear simultaneously when placed.
